WWE Slammy Awards preview
Here are all the nominees and my picks for WWE's Slammy Awards, which will be handed out Monday night on a special three-hour episode of Raw.
My picks (which are in bold) are based on who I think should win, not necessarily who I think will win.
SUPERSTAR OF THE YEAR

• The Miz cashes in Money in the Bank, becomes WWE Champion
• John Cena loses and is forced to join The Nexus

KNUCKLEHEAD MOMENT OF THE YEAR
• Big Show unmasks a bald CM Punk
• Santino Marella gets out-danced by Vladimir Kozlov
• Beth Phoenix eliminates The Great Khali from the Royal Rumble
• Lay-Cool gets beaten by Mae Young
DESPICABLE ME AWARD
• CM Punk sings "Happy Birthday" to Rey Mysterio's daughter
• Sheamus attacks Triple H with a lead pipe while The Game talks about Shawn Michaels
• The Nexus attacks Ricky Steamboat and WWE Legends
• Kane buries The Undertaker alive

WWE DIVA OF THE YEAR
• To be determined in a Diva Battle Royal on Monday’s Raw

The superstar with the best achievements and therefore should be superstar of the year is the Miz - tag titles, US champ, money in the bank winner, WWE champ...
RESPONSE FROM KE: Since the Diva winner will be decided in a battle royal, it could be Mae Young for all I know.

Most shocking moment of the year?
I know WWE loves their revisionist history but are we really not supposed to remember when Nexus first came out of the crowd, destroyed the heel and babyface, broke down the ring, and knocked out the announce team and ringside crew?
It's probably best that WWE just doesn't acknowledge anything that happened more than an hour ago. Things like this just point out how bland WWE has become.

My thoughts exactly cept on Superstar. Cena was last year and I doubt even he will get back to back wins.
I think it should be Orton.

If Vicky is giving out the Diva of the Year award, then the winner will have to be Kaitlyn.

Kev, you don't think Orton should get Superstart of the Year? I think he's a stick on! I agree with most of the others though. Keep up the great work!

I am AMPED to see who takes down the historic Knucklehead Award. It really could be anyones to win.
Also I am looking for a great last minute stocking stuffer, possibly a zany comedy available on DVD.......Any Ideas???

I agree with it all except the Knucklehead Moment of the Year. I think it will go to the Big Show simply because they want to promote that Knucklehead movie that he is in.

The Miz should win Superstar of the Year. He makes the cut by far,in spite of everyone underrating him and calling him the Marty Jannetty. He's obnoxious as hell, but you can't knock the man's accomplishments.
My 6 year old son has been a fan of The Miz since he showed up in WWE. The kid's got instincts. :)

John Cena won 'superstar of the year' as voted for by the fans, so that award isn't fixed.
Other than that I can now see that a lot of the nominations and winners are chosen for storyline reasons.

Pigeon John's "The Bomb" was such an awesome song to use for the "Oh Snap" nomination video but I thought that Batista should've won...
