Isn't that Alex Riley and Randy Orton, not The Miz? Caption is incorrect.
RESPONSE FROM KE: That actually is Miz. Take a look at the rest of the gallery at what Miz and Riley are wearing. I admit that they do bear a strong resemblance, though.
