Chris Jericho says he turned down ‘Dancing with the Stars’
It turns out the speculation that Chris Jericho was a candidate to be on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” this fall – which I wrote about a couple months ago – was true.
Jericho confirmed on Twitter Tuesday that he was asked to be on the show but that “it didn’t work out scheduling wise.”
Jericho -- whose WWE contract is expiring shortly -- and his band Fozzy are scheduled to tour the United Kingdom Oct. 9-21. "Dancing with the Stars" debuts on Sept. 20 and runs through the end of November.

We can only hope this means that Jericho will continue to do what he does best, and no, that ain't Fozzy.

No worries. Vince will probably do his own version called: "Dancing with the scars" before too long.

That's unfortunate for the Dancing with the Stars. Jericho could have lent the show some much-needed star power. I guess that they will have to go with Plan B and get the manager of America's largest 7-11, instead.

Hey Kev,
Some of the wrestling websites are saying you did an interview with Kane. Where is it?
By the way, thank God in heaven that Chris isn't doing Dancing. I'm sure he'd be great, but I'd rather see him in a wrestling ring than on a dance floor.

Sounds like Jericho is going to be taking some time off after the 6pack challenge, since he said he would leave WWE if he didn't win. With his expiring contract and planned tour, it seems like he'll be taking a hiatus. Let's hope it's only a temporary one like it was last time.
