Trailer for Kurt Angle/Kevin Nash/Sid Vicious horror movie

The trailer for the low-budget horror movie "River of Darkness" -- which stars Kurt Angle and features Kevin Nash and Sid Vicious as zombies -- has surfaced online.

This has cult classic written all over it. My favorite part of the trailer is when a big WWE logo pops up and the three wrestlers are referred to as "World Wrestling Stars."

Seriously Kev, I have seen far more attractive thing left in a tissue after I have blown my nose......

the problem with cheap HD cameras these days, is that anyone and their mom can make a movie.

There are no words to describe just how friggin' awesome, wierd, and just plain fascinating this is on so many levels!

Nobody's a bigger wrestling fan than me, but this looks worse than "The Marine" and "Doom." And I didn't think that was possible... To steal The Rock's line, they'll end up playing this movie to torture enemy combatants in Iraq!!

*sniff, sniff* Why, is that the aroma of Cease-and-desist floating down from the north?

One word...Wrestlecrap.

This is cool but why does the volume have to be so loud on the ad and then go extremely low on the trailer? I didn't know this is ABC.

A "cult classic" for wrestling fans would be John Carpenter's "They Live" starring Rodney Piper, a truly classic low-budget film.
River of Darkness a cult classic? More likely a royal pile of Chubba.

Looks good to me! If done well, low-budget horror moveis (like the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre!) can be awesome.

Curious to see how Kurt Angle does as an actor.

Looks cool, but it's still not up to the "Blood Circus" standards of wrestling movies.

When I see Kevin Nash, Sid Vicious, and horror in the same sentence I can only assume they will be wrestling a 30 minute match at the next TNA PPV for the heavyweight title.

Is it the workrate remake of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly?

@ Eric, brilliant, dont be giving them any ideas though!

Oops, I wrote Rodney when I obviously meant Roddy Piper. I shouldn't be posting comments while doing shots to celebrate the career of Scott Hall.

And we did, your mom was great... ;-)

O. M. G.

Kev, surely these people are not allowed to use the WWE's logo when none of their stars are in it and they almost certainly won't have given their permission?

Probably the greatest hit since Goldberg played in "Santa's Sleigh"...

How could they leave out Scott Hall from this movie? He is the perfect living zombie with his walk and motions.

lol, I WANNA like this, but it looks TERRIBLE. They show the same "one frame" of Kevin Nash every time his face is featured, and Sid is barely shown AT ALL. (Which leads me to believe they're not shown in the movie as much as we think.)

Not to mention, the other characters are seen and heard more than Angle, Sid, AND Nash. I really wanna watch this, but I'm afraid it will be 90 minutes of pure WASTE.
