Things looking better for stranded Raw crew

It looks as if John Cena, Batista, Randy Orton and the rest of the Raw crew will be back on American soil in the next day or two.

The crew, which has been unable to leave Northern Ireland due to the Icelandic volcano, plans to take a bus to a ferry on Wednesday, then take the ferry to Scotland and fly home from there, according to a report on pwinsder.com. They are expected to land in the United States late Wednesday.

The Extreme Rules pay-per-view takes place Sunday night in Baltimore.

Kevin, every single time you mentioned the location of the stranded raw superstars you said they were in "Ireland". Over and over. It's not true. They are stranded in Northern Ireland, of which Belfast is the capital city. It's one of the 4 "constituent countries" of the UK. So please show a bit of respect for those of us who have lived through conflict, and also don't be so ignorant as to get this place mixed up. Otherwise, you may as well say that Baltimore is in Canada.

RESPONSE FROM KE: I do know the difference, and you are absolutely correct that I should distinguish between the two. Please accept my sincere apology. For what it's worth, I will go back and correct all previous posts.

Mr. Eck: You are to be commended for apologizing and taking corrective action; not many men (or women) have the integrity and/or strength to do that. Mr. Tom: Thank you for the geographical lesson. Some websites "group together" Ireland, others distinguish Northern Ireland. Thank you both.

Baltimore may not be in Canada, but Canada was in Baltimore for a year or two. Did you ever check out the CFL while you had the Stallions in town, Kevin?

RESPONSE FROM KE: Funny you should ask. I covered the team for the Canadian Press and and filled in for The Baltimore Sun's Stallions beat writer when he had other assignments.

Thanks Kevin for changing it. It says a lot about your integrity. Very happy about that.

Thanks Paula :)

Hi Mr. Eck. If you want, you can add "Topeka, KS, USA" to the end of my name in my previous comment. You don't have to print this request and comment though. I'm recovering from major surgery - it was refreshing to my spirit to see your integrity and strength. I don't visit this website much, but boy, I sure do admire your words and actions, and Lord willing, I will visit it much more often. Take care of yourself, and keep taking the high road. That shows that there are some men of high character still left in this world. May the Lord smile upon you for that.

RESPONSE FROM KE: Thank you for the kind words. I wish you well in your recovery.
