A look at WWE’s supplemental draft
Here are the results of WWE’s supplemental draft, which took place this afternoon on wwe.com:
TO RAW:
• The Hart Dynasty (Tyson Kidd, David Hart Smith and Natalya)
• Goldust
• Ezekiel Jackson
• The Great Khali
TO SMACKDOWN:
• MVP
• Rosa Mendes
• Hornswoggle
• Chris Masters
• Cody Rhodes
• Chavo Guerrero
Quick thoughts: Most of these moves don’t figure to have much of an impact. The biggest names switching shows are MVP and Cody Rhodes, and one or both of them could be in line for a push on Smackdown. … The Hart Dynasty just won the WWE unified tag team title, so they can appear on both shows anyway. … Rosa Mendes going to Smackdown probably doesn’t bode well for Zack Ryder, who’s still on Raw.
Coming Wednesday: I’ll analyze the post-draft Raw and Smackdown rosters.

Smackdown seems to me to have been gutted of top level babyfaces. No Edge, no Morrison.... I guess MVP and Koffi are in line for top pushes. Maybe Taker will keep a regular schedule after all, because its just him and Rey.

With Triple H out and Hornswaggle now with Smackdown...there is no remnants of DX in the WWE. Good thing?!?

Here's an idea for SmackDown's face-deprived roster: Give the world title to CM Punk and stop jobbing him out to Mysterio and Undertaker. You don't need a face champ if your heel champ is that damn good.

Smackdown definately got the short end of the stick in the draft. With all the talent Raw has now they should go to 3hrs on Monday nights

At least the "Draft" isn't as bad as it was originally, when Raw or Smackdown's GM would win a pick and for unknown reasons wouldn't just draft the biggest stars on the other show.
However now that they pretty much appear on both shows anyway, its just a waste.

Hopefully 1 more title run for Goldust! even if a transition title holder. He deserves 1 more shot before he hangs it up.
the US title isn't doing much but lying on Miz's shoulder. Give it to Goldust, then maybe a newer younger startup can get his chance...

The only reason Smackdown got gutted was because of its imminent move to SyFy...once that happens, I'm betting you'll see some talent shift back over.

The brilliant John Morrison goes to Raw. Will he now get the BIG push he deserves? Who will be his main adversary(s)? He's just recently defeated Jack Swagger the champ so.......................... The only thing hat stands in his way is the fact that WWE likes big wrestlers. Oh well I'm sure the bookers and writers will pull out all the stops and screw itup completely!
