Quick hits on ECW
• I’m a little late in getting the ECW post up this week, but I think it says something that I didn’t get a single comment or e-mail from anyone complaining about it. Actually, there’s not a whole lot to say about Tuesday night’s episode, as there were only two matches on the show.
• I liked the tag team match in which Ezekiel Jackson and William Regal defeated Christian and Kane in approximately 18 minutes. Jackson pinning Christian for the win was predictable, but it was the right call since Christian is defending the ECW title against Jackson at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view Sunday.
• Once again, the rule regarding wrestlers being exclusive to a specific brand was ignored, as Smackdown’s Kane was on the show for no apparent reason.
• Jackson’s promo wasn’t bad, but I think he came across more as a monster when he didn’t speak and just scowled all the time.
• The six-man tag match that saw Yoshi Tatsu, Goldust and The Hurricane defeat Zack Ryder, Trent Barreta and Caylen Croft was OK, but 14 minutes felt a bit long for this one.
• Shelton Benjamin said that it was his dream to win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania. Keep dreaming.

Impact just ended, i thought it was very good, as did a few other people i know. Odds Mr.Eck disliked it at least %98.4..

Kane seems to be a pretty versatile worker. i'm not sure if Glen Jacobs is considered one of the better workers by 'those who know' but I always enjoy his performances, though he strikes me as someone used to put just about anyone else over

I do believe Kane was their because Jackson eliminated him from the Battle Royal for the title shot. It was mentioned during the broadcast but barely.
RESPONSE FROM KE: OK, thanks. I think I tend to tune out Byron Saxton and Josh Matthews.

"Shelton Benjamin said that it was his dream to win the Royal Rumble and main event WrestleMania. Keep dreaming."
lol but why do u think Benjamin is so over looked aside from not being good at cutting promos he is a superior talent in the ring.If benjamin was in TNA do u see him in the same role he currently has in WWE.
RESPONSE FROM KE: The average-at-best promos are a big part of it. As talented as he is in the ring, he has just never connected with the audience the way a top guy needs to. I also think there is a perception among management that he relies on his superior athleticism to get by without really having a burning desire to get to the top.

I agree there's no real desire shinning out of Benjamin, but I don't agree that the audience never connected with him. He was really over around the time he was defeating HHH and defending the intercontinental title that he had one at Taboo Tues., where he was voted in over Jericho.
Then the geniuses at WWE decided to turn him heel and stick him with the horrible gimmick where he had his momma with him at all time. I think that's where the passion may have gotten killed don't you think?
