Bring TNA to your town

TNA president Dixie Carter posted the following on her Twitter account:

Tell TNA to bring a live show to YOUR hometown in 2010. Starting Monday, vote for your city at TNAwrestling.com/demandit. Your voice counts!

Interesting concept. I've seen up-and-coming bands use this same approach on MySpace etc. TNA should really dedicate some time on Impact to promoting this poll or otherwise most fans will miss out. I can't imagine that many fans following Dixie's Twitter account but maybe I'm wrong?

Hey , WCW used to come to Salisbury (Md) quite a bit , why not TNA !

I live Baltimore Md,been a wrestling fan my whole life I have 2boys ages 9 and 8 both are autistic,my oldest son Devin loves to watch wrestling on tv,he will say Daddy put to bed and lets watch wrestling,I would love to take him to a live TNA Show he would love it Please come here to Baltimore it is a great wrestling city, just ask Sting..........

i wonder if its just limted to us

Id love to see tna in my home town of camden australia, it whould sell out easily,

This is a great concept. I would love to see TNA here in Baltimore.

So far, implementation is a FAIL, however, as it is now Monday and the page doesn't exist.

All I get is this "Ka-pow!
The page you requested could not be found!
So we're redirecting you back to the TNA homepage in 10 seconds"

Wonder if it's a ploy to get more TNA website hits

Try This link. http://www.tnawrestling.com/content/view/1318/84/

I got to it on the main page under the events tab.

Tuesday and still nothing. This is an epic fail on TNA's part. Dixie shouldn't be hyping this stuff if it won't be ready on time.

I'm still under the belief that TNA should try a new strategy where they put more focus on the markets that WWE neglects.

WWE can't go to every single market in the country. It's impossible. TNA can attempt to draw in some loyalty from those particular fans.

I think the cities where TNA does not appear will be the real winners.

Go Camden, Australia!

I made sure to make my submission...I've been down Florida a couple of times now and I've seen Impact live, but I would love for my friends who are in Baltimore to see it in person here

I enjoyed reading your comments on the TNA Turning Point PPV. Oh that's right, you never posted anything about that. Just mostly WWE crap!

I hope they come soon. im just hoping it has nothing to do why ring of honor won't come here due to politics with maryland championship wrestling.
