Quick hits on ECW
• The main event in which Christian and Yoshi Tatsu defeated William Regal and Zack Ryder was decent. I really like the mix of veterans and young talent at the top of the card in ECW. Christian and Regal are the perfect choices to be the brand’s lead babyface and heel, respectively. They are both talented, all-around performers but would likely be lost in the mid-card shuffle on either Raw or Smackdown. Tatsu and Ryder are benefiting from working with them.
• Another seed was planted for a possible babyface turn for Ryder when he and Regal had a falling out as tag team partners.
• The Ezekiel Jackson-Goldust match wasn’t bad. With Ezekiel scoring a decisive win, it looks as if there are no plans to give Goldust a push despite the strong reaction he has been getting from the crowd.
• I enjoyed the Paul Burchill-Hurricane match, but I think they’ve had better. There was no hint of an attraction between Hurricane and Katie Lea Burchill, which is where I thought the story line might be heading.
• Sheamus did all right on his promo, but he seemed to be a little thrown off by the knuckleheads doing the lame “What?” chant every time he paused.
• No Abraham Washington Show two weeks in a row? What’s up with that?

As a Goldust fan, I was pleased with how the match turned out. He obviously wasn't going to win, but he gave a very strong showing, and pushed Jackson, who WWE is obviously more interested in going forward.
I'm not missing Abraham Washington in the slightest.

I missed the FemBot GM. She is a fine actress.

I thought ECW was decent, much better than Raw in fact. It makes me angry watching Christian on ECW, he is being so wasted when RAW is crying out for top tier talent. William Regal is doing an outstanding job on ECW and I agree with Michael, did not miss good old Abe in the slightest.

There's a hint of attraction between JD and Katie Lea Burchill.

So with shelton out selling the injury, does that mean when he gets back he'll get a boost? Maybe even a character change?

why Shelton isn't in the main event scene in at least ECW is beyond my wildest guesses, let along not even being featured on the show or Superstars this week.

Yeah, and that's just wrong. If Goldust keeps jobbing, then eventually it will be impossible to use him to get any new talent over.

Hey Kevin I wanted to get your thoughts on Christian. Do you think he will ever get a push towards the WWE title or WHC? I can't imagine him stuck in ECW for another year
RESPONSE FROM KE: I do think Christian will be on Raw or Smackdown after the next draft.

Kev, anoy thoughts on ECW's new announcer? Whatever happened to Tony Chimel?
RESPONSE FROM KE: Too early to form an opinion on her.

kev you listen to the crowd reaction for R-Truth why do you think Goldust would get any better treatment unless his daddy starts booking ECW.

Abraham Who?
It's not too early for me to form an opinion of the new ring announcer: she is a much better looking than Tony Chimel. If you were referring to her job performance, Kevin, then I think that she will be fine.
