Greetings from WrestleMania weekend in Houston
I arrived in Houston on Friday and it's been an interesting 24-plus hours to say the least. Spent most of Friday at the WWE Fan Axxess event at Reliant Center. That was the one of the highlights of the day.
The lowlight was getting rear-ended in a hit-and-run accident after coming out of Denny's at 3:30 a.m. If the driver who fled the scene happens to be a wrestling fan and is reading this, all I can tell you is that you might think you got away with it, but you could be in for a surprise.
But I digress. I'm about to jump in the shower and head over to the Toyota Center for the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. I will have a report up of the event either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
I also will post my WrestleMania predictions on Sunday as well as the final entry in the Top 25 WrestleMania stars countdown. Can you guess who is No. 1?

Any jealous brothers who might be behind that car accident?
Wish I was at Mania...

"Spent most of Friday at the WWE Fan Axxess event at Reliant Center."
Having watched Friday's "episode" of Smackdown, I feel like I spent my Friday at the Fan Axxess event, too.
Wow, Kevin. You have blogged about a stalker storyline, but I didn't think that you would be written into one.... In all seriousness, I hope that you are unscathed, and that the guilty party will be held responsible.

It was Matt Hardy.......again.
Just to be safe, for the next couple days stay away from any pyro.

I work for an insurance company in the Houston Metro area...those hit and runs happen ALL OF THE TIME. Welcome to H-Town and looking forward to a great show tomorrow night!! I met Miz, Morrison, and Maryse (even better looking in person) at a Best Buy in Pasadena TX last night. All three were extremely cool.

A shower for the hall of fame? Guess you want to stand out huh?
And based on who is still missing from the list #1 is clearly the man who toppled a giant in THE greatest WrestleMania match of ALL TIME.
AKEBONO!! After his match with The Big Show at WM21, the decision is an easy one.

a everyone else, sorry about the accident.
As far as who #1 is, and although it disappoints me to say, it has to be Hogan. I know that it has to be him. I just wish it wasn't. I was never a fan of his ring work and his lame "hulking up" stuff. And I remember even as a kid that I was sick of him having the belt for what seemed like endless stretches at a time. But, oh well.

Kevin - sorry to hear about your accident - hope there's no "whiplash" effects that cause you to have medical care and make you miss some of the wrestling events. Sure wish I was there..... Anyway, thought just came to me and I wanted to vocalize it to someone just in case prior to the actual matches -- wonder if during Shaune Michaels/Undertaker Match, there will be a true winner or if there will be a double disqualification thus leaving both of them "winners" and still maintaining the streak, etc. That's a thought there..... Also I'm fairly sure Triple H is going to drop the belt to Orton since I've read the Backlash poster is headlining Orton (got a gut feeling Orton will win) - speaking of which, was he even at the Hall of Fame Awards??? From the show on tv, didn't see him being "panned in on" - Have fun. Enjoy - can't wait to read your blog on the show.

Sorry about your accident - hope it doesn't put a damper on any of the weekend activities - Just thought last night, maybe Undertaker/Shaune Michaels will be a double disqualification - thus no winners and both will continue with their "streaks" - just a thought.
