The RVD TV DVD

It won’t arrive in time for Christmas, but if you are looking for a belated gift for the Rob Van Dam fan in your life, Van Dam sent me a note that the first RVD TV DVD is now available for purchase on robvandam.com. For a fan of RVD, that’s a BFD.

For the uninitiated, RVD TV is an online reality show that runs on Van Dam’s site. The premise, in the words of Van Dam himself, is that he and his celebrity friends “ponder life’s great mysteries [and] challenge existing theories.” I have watched a few episodes and they are pretty entertaining.

I blogged about RVD TV last January.

Is he smoking da weed on the DVD????

Rob has plenty of time to roll doobies while living in a Van down by the river.

I hope Santa was good to you and yours Kevin. merry Christmas and I hope you have a very Happy 2009!!! Keep up the great work Kevin!!!

RESPONSE FROM KEVIN ECK: Thanks. Happy holidays to your and your family as well.

Merry Christmas Kev!

RESPONSE FROM KEVIN ECK: And to you as well.

RVD is a free spirit and one of my favorites in the ring, though I think his outspokenness on certain issues works to his detriment.

Kevin, do you know if he has any plans to return to action in either TNA or WWE?

I'd love to see him in TNA, I think he is a good fit there.

He'd definitely help make the Frontline stable more interesting.

RESPONSE FROM KEVIN ECK: When I interviewed him nearly a year ago, he definitely didn't seem too anxious too get back in there. I'm guessing he will at some point. I would bet that if/when he returns, he goes back to wwe.
