Axl Rotten video interview

Here is an interview I conducted with Axl Rotten backstage at the Maryland Championship Wrestling show Sunday night at North Point Plaza in Dundalk. Before anyone brings it to my attention, yes, I am aware that a sign that reads "Adult toys and XXX videos" is visible at times in the shot. That was not on purpose, and I apologize if anyone is offended. Axl does point out in the interview that he once worked for XPW, which was run by adult film producer Rob Black, so maybe the backdrop is fitting after all.

Kev , bad timing on the sign huh ? But seriously another nice interview , too bad he probably hasn't gotten the recognition that he deserves . I was impressed by how humble he was and also how well spoken he is . That's a nice little benefit of having the video interview .
P.S. We're cool Big Kev

Well with the firing of Balls Mahoney last month, WWE has purged the ECW Originals except for Dreamer. Rotten would have been fired already too. Did anyone else know that the Zombie on the first episode of ECW was actually supposed to represent the old ECW rising from the grave, just to be destroyed by the new ECW?

RESPONSE FROM KEVIN ECK: I haven't heard that about Zombie. I thought it was Vince McMahon's way of defying Sci Fi channel, which demanded that supernatural characters be introduced on the show.

That Abdullah the Butcher- Axl Rotten match from XPW wasn't wrestling.

I know the ECW guys used weapons, but they at least did creative moves with them. Stabbing a guy in the head with a fork or a staple gun for 10 minutes is disgusting and horrible to watch.

RESPONSE FROM KEVIN ECK: It's not my cup of tea, either.

But McMahon literally pulling down his pants to expose his buttocks and treating someone like a dog , making them kiss his a_ _ is your cup of tea ?????? { signed not trying to start a fight :) }

Mr. McMahon is actually an entertaining character. I would rather see an outrageous promo with him then a morbidly obese gentleman gouging another man's mouth with a fork.

Your annoying comments to Eck are really getting old. Your beloved TNA is a barrel of crap that is closer to getting canceled then challenging the WWE.

I can't speak for every WWE fan, but the Kiss-My-A__ club is not my cup of tea at all.

Back in 1997, when McMahon stepped away from the announce table and became an adversarial bigshot, it was a fresh development in the company's product. But eleven years and however-many pants droppings later, I find Mr. McMahon stale, to say the least. I think that the character needs a loooong hiatus from television.

P.S. Is Nunzio / Little Guido not an ECW Original? Admittedly, I wouldn't know first hand. I didn't watch the old ECW expect for one match: Tajiri versus someone whom I don't remember. I don't think that it was Axl Rotten....

Hey John , take a breath , lighten up !

* If Dixie Carter came off with the same arrogence I'd say the same about her .

Is it possible Vince McMcMahon,Jr. in the 90's left the announce table and eventually went into the squared circle with his entire immediate family was becasuse the WWE roster had grown so thin and the entertainment level fans were used to had dropped off significantly?. Is this why Vince donned the tights,etc. at this point?
