Video: Candidate for Orioles' rotation
So there's Guthrie and Uehara, then pray for ... what?
Three days of rain? A volcanic eruption on the East Coast? An appearance every fifth day by the ghost of Moe Drabowsky?
As the Orioles' braintrust ponders the imponderable of how to fill the third, fourth and fifth spots in the pitching rotation, we offer a suggestion -- a variation on the JUGS pitching machine.

Like I've been saying all along: Guthrie, Uehara and a three-day bellyache...unless Eaton can make it just a two-day bellyache.
Love the video. The pitcher is priceless!

Eaton and his ballooning ERA will be a guranteed headache, along w Hendrickson, and whatever rookie fills what is shaping up to be quite a wreck of a rotation. Why not sign Pedro someone asked? Because he knows better than to join a rotation where he would be the instant number 1 or 2. He doesn't have that much left in his tank. Ah, Japanese cuteness out of control. That the guy felt the need to (politely) swing, and then all the guys passively applauding in the dugout is what kills me.
