Love dat chicken from da state pen!
OK, I wasn't going to say anything else about the Michael Vick situation, honestly I wasn't. Then I saw and heard this YouTube clip from last night's Falcons-Saints game, featuring Falcons owner Arthur Blank speaking on whether Vick would ever play again.
What Blank said was: "If he doesn't watch himself and eat a lot of fried chicken and fries in prison and come out at 215 pounds, he's not going to be the same athlete he was.''
Now I'm done for the week.

When did Fuzzy Zoeller get into the NFL ownership ranks? I must have missed that one.....

brilliant comments by the coach, hell maybe vick will get his stuff in check and get reformed. Jail can do some crazy stuff, maybe he will just enlighten himself and train, lift, run, and work on his throwing arm to his inmates.
or maybe not, will be interesting to see for sure, wondering if they will let him lift, also there is huge use of steroids in the pen from what I have heard so maybe he will come out 215 solid muscle and faster.
time will only tell, though 2 years is a long time.

My interpretation of Blank's statements is that it is difficult to have a healthy diet while in prison, and if Vick chooses the wrong foods, he won't be in shape.
