Ravens: Wow

The Ravens have made an amazing comeback in the fourth quarter, but all that has done is put them in the same situation they've been the past couple of weeks. They got the lead and they put the ball in the hands of the defense, which was not been equal to that task against the New England Patriots and Cincinnati Bengals.

So, what happens? Brett Favre makes another huge throw and the Vikings are in field goal range.

All those questions about the Ravens secondary apparently are legit. The pass defense can't seem stop anybody when it counts.

It's been exciting, but this is also very hard to watch.

I can't help but believe that Matt Stover makes that field goal. Nice move, Harbaugh.

Yeah, Wow, great move , Hauschka almost never kicks into the end zone and then chokes on a field goal to win the game, nice move Hargaugh! Tis is becoming a joke! I bet Stover wins a game or 2 for Indy this year because he won't choke with the game on the line. But with that said this game was really lost by this sorry defense, Greg Mattison has people put of position all day and they look confused. Out coached again for the 3rd game in a row!!! Where is Tiger Woods and the PGA tour when you need something good to watch? We`are back to the 96' and 97' Ravens , score and then not stop anybody. Real Great!

I think most of the blame goes on the defense today, especially Walker and Washington, these guys shouldn't be playing they are horrible. Those pass interference penalties killed us and it was in no way the refs fault. Wow this loss hurts.

Landry looked great staring Favre's pass into Shinacoe's hands. Time to give Zips a shot out there. Landry looks completely lost. Would have had a pick on one pass over the middle, but he didn't look back

If anybody had any questions about Joe Flacco then those have been answered today.

Whoever is coaching our cbs should need a valium after watching Walker get burned on a GAME WINNING DRIVE! Thanks again for all the effort of making this lose another exciting loss.

Were going to be on NFL network agin, as the losing team, AGIN!!!! Gotta love our corners they're great at missing tackles and getting beat. When Steve hasuka trotted out for the kick I knew we'd lose. Stover we miss you.

The Vikings scored 33 points. Hauschka isn't to blame

About Peter Schmuck
Peter Schmuck wants you to know that, contrary to popular belief, he is more than just a bon vivant, raconteur and collector of blousy flowered shirts. He is a semi-respected journalist who has covered virtually every sport -- except luge, of course – and tackled issues that transcend the mere games people play. If that isn’t enough to qualify him to provide witty, wide-ranging commentary on the sports world ... and the rest of the world, for that matter ... he is an avid reader of history, biography and the classics, as well as a charming blowhard who pops off on both sports and politics on WBAL Radio. That means you can expect a little of everything in The Schmuck Stops Here, but the major focus will be keeping you up to the minute on Baltimore’s major sports teams and themes, whether it’s throwing up the Orioles lineup the minute it’s announced or updating you on the latest sprained ankle in Owings Mills. Oh, and by the way, that’s Mr. Schmuck to you.
