It's been a couple of weeks since I completely embarrassed myself at the Washington Capitals Media Fantasy Camp, but thought you might like to like to see the moment when the law of gravity and the law of being clumsy and having too big a head combined to rob me of the last vestiges of my self-esteem.

Here's the official Caps TV video, featuring my friend Mike Vogel, who was nice enough to help me find my way home from the team's Arlington, Va. training complex afterward. He and the video staff also were nice enough to insert the clip of my ugly pratfall into an otherwise non-descript interview in which I try so sound like I know something about hockey. Be patient. In case you were concerned, the Caps staff has informed me that the spot where my head hit the ice has been repaired and the team is confident there will be no long-term impact on the structural integrity of the Kettler Iceplex.
