Ray Rice: 'We just gotta come out playing fast'

The game was lost in the first quarter. The same thing happened against the Vikings. Whose job is it to get the team ready to play at kickoff? Harbaugh should have spent a time out in the first quarter just to huddle with the team and try to kick start their efforts.

The Bengals were able to pretty much shut down the Ravens passing game both times, and in both games the play calling was a little strange. Long pass attempts to Mason either incomplete or intercepted, and 6 yard completions when they needed 9 yards, no intermediate passing game, negative plays, and Flacco holding the ball too long.

Marvin Lewis has the Ravens figured out.
