Practice notes

Good news for Ravens fans: Ray Lewis was present at today's practice, running through individual drills with the rest of the linebackers. Lewis had missed the past two days of practice with a foot issue. Cornerback Chris Carr and rookie linebacker Dannell Ellerbe -- both of whom had also sat out for two straight days due to illness -- also returned to practice.

Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (sprained right ankle) and cornerback Fabian Washington (bruised left thigh) -- both of whom were limited Friday -- took part and appeared to move well.

There was, however, one notable absence. Rookie Lardarius Webb was missing from the portion of practice open to the media. In Webb's stead, Carr and running back Ray Rice split most of the kickoff returns.
