Team appears to be getting healthier

The Ravens are still banged up, but they appear a lot more healthy than they have been in recent weeks. Starting left offensive tackle Jared Gaither (shoulder) and defensive end Trevor Pryce (concussion) are listed as questionable for the Bengals game, but have publicly stated they will play. Offensive tackle Adam Terry, who also suffered a concussion last week, said he should be ready to go as well.

The Ravens need as many offensive linemen as possible. Actually, the Bengals' run defense has improved during the past couple of games. It will be interesting to see how they play against the Ravens.

It's also fun to watch which running back will become hot and carry the Ravens. Will it be Willis McGahee, Le'Ron McClain or rookie Ray Rice?

Hey Mike, would it be safe to say that when the Thomas Jones was available in free agency around the same time as Willis Mcgahee, Jones would have been a better choice. Jones is a much tougher runner and more productive.

Hey Mike;Still want to trade draft picks for Head Coach Lewis?

T. Jones is just benefiting from having Favre at QB just as every other running back has done. Think back to the names at Green Bay who had great seasons behind Favre only to do nothing else elsewhere (Gado, A. Green, Davenport, R. Grant last year). Jones is a good RB though, but he is just enjoying the freedom of having defenses respect Favre as the QB.

Recovery from injury takes its own course. What is good to see is the Ravens learning the difference between hurt and hurting. You can't play if you"re hurt. But everybody in the NFL plays hurting by December. I think we're about to cash some Camp Hardball stock in, in the form of conditioning. I
particularly hope to see Willie Anderson in there making Cincy rue their decision. Wonder how much playbook he gave the defense?

Oh, come on derek. It's not just Favre. Thomas Jones looked good with Wrecks GrossMan as his quarterback, too.

Hey Mike- When will you learn? The Wavens awe a beast. They will destwoy these we-twead Bengals. Ed Weed and Way Way will dominate!

Heres what I want to know... who is messing with the polls on the BaltimoreSun site? Seriously, earlier in the week there was a poll about whether the Ravens would make the playoffs and it was 80% No! And this week it is "Will the Ravens beat the Bengals Sunday?" and its 76.5% No! On the hometown? Are you kidding me? In a game they are favored by 7!? Somebody is messing with the polls.

I hope we bulldoze them with McClain early and often and leave em in the dust later with Ray

Dean,

I think its likely loser squealer , clowns or bungles fans 'Stuffing" the polls with bogus votes.

Now as to this post. I am quite concerned about the health of the offensive tackles. Would be nice to if we make the playoffs either have a bye or clinch before the last game. Although both of those are unlikely.
