What were his SAT scores?
Few people know much about Bengals quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick except that he is out of Harvard. So whenever you ask a player or a coach about Fitzpatrick, they usually always say, "Obviously, he is very smart."
When asked by a reporter if Fitzpatrick was smart, Ravens cornerback Samari Rolle said, "I don't know. How would I know? I'm from Florida State."

Minimum 1250 SAT even for football players to get into Harvard, and usually only 1 or 2 guys get in with a score that "low".I would guess Fitzpatrick is in the higher than 1350 bracket.

After the story on him and his distant cousin a few days back re-read that comment by Rolle. I dare you not to laugh out loud on Rolle's comment come read that. Rolle`s my man. Talk about self-humor.
That post was worth its few lines. Short but oh-so-sweet.

Harvard is not actually much more selective than some of the more intelligent competitive football schools such as Boston college, Georgia Tech, Wake forest, michigan

Actually, Harvard's most recent admit rate was 7.9% if I remember correctly - which is quite a bit lower than the 20-30% admit rates of Boston College, Georgia Tech, Wake, and Michigan
This is not to say those schools do not provide as good or even a better education than Harvard or Yale or the like
It is just more selective
