McAlister questions irk Ryan

Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan got a little irritated yesterday when two reporters started peppering him with a couple of questions about Chris McAlister. Easy, Rex. If you're going to get irritated that quickly over C-Mac, imagine what it will be like when you're a head coach and you're getting bombed with questions about a losing streak or a quarterback controversy.

If you thought that little session was tough, then what must it be like for a head coach in New York?

Composure, composure, composure.

Hey Mike,

Check this out-

C-mac is the second highest paid player in the AFC north, behind only Carson Palmer. As a season ticket holder, I think those questions are pretty fair...

I watched Rex Ryans press conference very carefully today and I totally disagree that he lost his cool or got irritated in any way. I thought he handled himself with great calm and demeaner. He won't have any problem communicating when/if he becomes a head coach.

It seems Ryan's comments got under Preston's skin as Ryan talked about self proclaimed experts who watched a couple hours of games on TV. I think Preston thought Ryan was referring to him. Maybe he was.

Why dont he just call a time out?
