Gregg will go on IR

Ravens coach John Harbaugh confirmed today that nose tackle Kelly Gregg will be placed on injured reserve. Gregg had surgery on his left knee today.

"With this surgery, he's got a chance for his career to be fine," Harbaugh said on his WBAL radio show.

Harbaugh also said offensive tackle Adam Terry (meniscus issue in his knee) and cornerback Fabian Washington (dislocated shoulder) are considered day to day.

Comments

Maybe Rod Coleman, Ted Washington or Kimo van Oelhoffen would like to play Ravens football?

"Harbaugh also said offensive tackle Adam Terry (meniscus issue in his knee) and cornerback Fabian Washington (dislocated shoulder) are considered day to day."

That means Terry is out six weeks, and Fabian is going on IR next week.

Jamison,

What's up with Heap? It seems like Cam isn't using him as much as he could. On most of the passing plays he seems to stay in as a blocker.

Is this because the line is young? Or is there somethign else ot it?

Can we expect Heap to get more involved int he weeks to come?1

Any insight you can add would be appreciated.

All the best,

Mike
