Which Raven has impressed John Harbaugh?

After last week's passing camp practice, new Ravens coach John Harbaugh went out of his way to praise Dawan Landry.

In a brief meeting with reporters, Harbaugh brought up the third-year starting safety without being asked.

“He has been tremendous this spring,” Harbaugh said. “He’s playing fast [and] he’s all over the field. He’s taking charge of that secondary back there.”

Landry is the only starter in the secondary to attend all of the offseason camps.

What is going on Suggs? Do you think he is on his way out of Baltimore?

I can see it being a big year for him this year.

Wait till he sees Reed in action,,,,,,,,,,
Wait till he sees Landry in the games , he may change his mind........

thank god because last year he was burn so many time i wanted to cry.don;t get me wrong i like landry i know he can get the job done.good luck and take some int,s to the house.

Does the Sun suddenly have a British editor or something? This is the kind of "breaking news" that dominates the newspapers in the UK during the soccer offseason. The coach/manager says " I like this player, his game has improved, we can go to the next level with him" and the press siezes on it like it's some sort of exclusive.

It's great that Landry is doing what he is paid to do. But is this news? Last time I checked he was playing against teammates in organized team activities, not the AFC North in October.

How about an exclusive feature follow up when he stops having "communication" problems with the rest of his DBs?

Chuck Pagano and Mark Carrier are getting D. Landry ready to be better than Bob Sanders (or close to it). I think this "praise" is probably coming from the respected Pagano, so Harbaugh is voicing his opinion on behalf of his staff.

I can see landry having a break-out year, in his 3rd. we're gonna need this D to carry us again. I don't think the offense will change much.

Landry was great his rookie year but he took a step back last year. A big hitter but he did get burned more than I'd like to see last year.
