J. Lewis warms up
It was interesting to watch Jamal Lewis warm up, although it took a little time getting used to him wearing those awful orange helmets.
While in the end zone, Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti went up to him and they talked for a few minutes, ending the conversation by shaking hands.
When the Ravens came on the field, Lewis was standing near the one sideline and playfully bumped into the Ravens' linebacking corps. I wonder how the contact is going to go when the game actually starts.

Billick needs to go! Let me see if I have this correct, we pay $40 million, mortgage the future and McGahee doesn't even play when in the red zone? We could have drafted a 5th round running back to do what McGahee is doing, Billick needs to play him the red zone.

those "awful orange helmets"... compare those to purple with a bird on them. Say what you want about the Browns, but at least their colors have some history. Down with the purple and black - we look like an arena team.

It's way too early in the year to give this year up to transition. The only way the team is going anywhere is with McNair out front---so just wait it out. But Billick still needs to answer a lot of other questions for some of the game-time moves he's making...

Awful orange helmets? Maybe not as cool as the Baltimore Colts helmets but... Oh, that's right. Listen, this may be news to you in crabland, but just because the Ravens won a Super Bowl doesn't mean they still don't have the ugliest uniforms (including helmets) in the NFL (perhaps with the exception of Cinci). That Raven logo is pathetic--too bad they couldn't keep the one they stole from that security guard. Heck, even Seattle's neon trimmed unis are better than Baltimore's black & purple nightmare. Indeed, it's sad to see that Baltimore has lost any sense NFL of tradition (and apparently fashion) it may have had with the departure of the Colts. Browns, Colts, Packers, Cowboys... those are football uniforms!
