Chris Chester
It wouldn't be surprising to see the rookie right guard stay in the starting lineup when Keydrick Vincent returns from his leg injury. The Ravens like Chris Chester's athleticism and toughness. He has great feet and can easily make blocks into the second level. Plus, he has several years left on his contract, while Vincent only has one after this season.
P.S. I'd like to thank the assistant sports information director at Towson University for advising me on how to grade football games. In turn, I'll give him advice on how to compile statistics at the next Towson field hockey game.

Chris Chester did very well against the Steelers. Lets keep in my though that the Steelers are a base 3-4 team, which means the offensive guards are either double-teaming the nose tackle or picking up blitzing linebackers. He will have a tougher time when the Ravens play a base 4-3 defense and he has to push a 300+ defensive tackle donw the field. I love the guy though, he plays fast and he will only get bigger with more weight training. Future All-Pro!!!!

I think we need Clarence Moore on the field with Demetrius Williams. I think Moore in the slot and Williams wide. Raven fans what do you think?

Yes the offense has improved significantly and yes the defense is dominating performances - but the true key to both is the balance that offense and defense have achieved. The offense is on the field much longer these days - no more 3 and outs one series after the next. The Ravens defense gets a rest and remains relatively fresh from start to finish. If the Ravens can keep this up, they'll be very difficult to stop. Thursday night should be their toughest challenge between now and the end of the season.

I guess you would have it with comments on your grades, so I am not surprised about this. But Hockey?! That I want to read.

The last few weeks the O-line has really started to gel. Perhaps it was just the mix of new players, or perhaps the coaching/ preparation has gotten better, but McNair is seeing more time to throw and the backs are getting better holes to run through.
Whatever the reason, it's good to see it start to come together now. This is the part of the season where the good teams make their playoff run.
