Is it possible to have you include team records and some player season stats as part of the recap? Great job keeping us informed.

RESPONSE FROM DEAN: Lucas, excellent question. I try to provide season stats when they fit with the game recaps. Since you asked, I'll try to make it a point to mix them in more frequently. As for team records, I always include them in the "game previews" which I post early in the day with probable pitchers. Thanks for the kind words.

Dean,
I may have missed it, but can you give us a heads-up on Kieron Pope? As i recall he was a prospect, but raw with a large upside and plenty of power before injuries and perhaps off-field issues intervened. Is he still someone to watch for in the next couple of years? Thanks!

RESPONSE FROM DEAN: Kc, injuries have definitely derailed his career. He was unfortunate to fall victim to the horrendous playing field at the minor league complex last spring training. He's on the right track back now, so we'll see how he performs for the rest of the season.
