If Guillen were a cartoon character, he'd say "Bleep! Bleep!"

Normally, I'm not a big fan of mood altering drugs but somebody in that White Sox organization ought to do something for Ozzie Guillen.

Guillen's hair-trigger temper has already gotten him in hot water (see Jay Mariotti and gay slurs) but he just can't seem to keep himself under control.  Yesterday, an innocuous joking question about a minor leaguer before a loss to Toronto sent him over the edge.

While the White Sox are in a five-game losing streak, they're still very much in the hunt in the mediocre AL Central but the gist of Ozzie's seething seems to be popularity envy over the Cubs.  As usual with Guillen, about every other word has to be redacted.

"We won it a couple years ago, and we're horse[bleep]. The Cubs haven't won in [100] years, and they're the [bleeping] best. [Bleep] it, we're good. [Bleep] everybody. We're horse[bleep], and we're going to be horse[bleep] the rest of our lives, no matter how many World Series we win."

He even invoked the name of Lee Elia, Cubs manager who, 25 years ago, said that the Wrigley faithful amounted to nothing but a bunch of unemployed ne'er-do-wells.

More from Guillen: "How about the Cubs celebrating that Lee Elia bull[bleep]? How many times do I curse people out? I will make a lot of money with my [stuff]. I have to keep going because in the future Ozzie will need money, and I can say, 'Here, give me money, here's the 10-year anniversary of my time I called [Jay] Mariotti stuff and the time I went on the radio and cursed out Mike North.' "

The North incident was a salty Guillen call-in to a radio show.

OK, if sedatives are too harsh maybe a nice yoga class.

I see a future beer commerical from this hall of shame moment.

Are you sure you meant "alternating" as oppose to "altering"? Alternate usually is used to imply switching back and forth.
Just asking, while I had good scores in English tests it was never my forte.

Rich,
You are absolutely correct and your test scores were apparently well-earned. That was a typo and thanks for pointing it out.
