Chris Henry update: Cut by Bengals

That didn't take long.

As Popeye would say, "Enough is enough and enough is too much."

As team president Mike Brown did say, "Chris Henry has forfeited his opportunity to pursue a career with the Bengals. His conduct can no longer be tolerated."

Henry's most recent problem has to do with a Monday night incident in Cincinnati where he is accused of punching an 18-year-old college student after the man said someone broke his car window with a thrown bottle. Henry said it's a case of mistaken identity. Last week, Henry was fined for expired license plates. Previously, he was arrested four times in 14 months and suspended by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for the first half of last season.

Henry, who caught 88 passes for 17 touchdowns during a three-year career, was already working on a one-last-chance ultimatum from Goodell.

What an Idiot.. couldn't stay out of trouble with that big mouth and hot temper ... What cay you say except good riddance loser! He had every opportunity and he blew it. You mayl see this guy on skid row someday. I hope he can get it together but I don't know if anyone will take another chance on him nor does he deserve another.

Mike,
Sorry for the minor editing. If he gets another suspension who knows how long it will be so no team may even have the opportunity to give him another chance.

"Unexpired license plates"?

That was a test to see if anyone was paying attention. Seriously, thanks for the correction. Had it right the right the first time, then came up with that one.
