Dawson family raised

Rep. Mark Souder invoked the name of Baltimore's Dawson family, who were killed when their home was torched as a result of their complaint to police about neighborhood drug dealing. Souder was comparing a culture of failing to discuss drugs within families as well as a culture of discouraging "snitching" on street drug dealers to the culture of silence throughout Major League Baseball regarding steroids.

Rep. William Lacy Clary gave Clemens an opportunity to essentially give a speech when Clary asked Clemens what he can tell his children about whether Clemens performed honestly.
