Clemens' lawsuit

Here's a copy of Roger Clemens' defamation suit against his former personal trainer, Brian McNamee. It runs 14 pages and is quite readable. I have no idea where this goes from here other than it opens up the door to discovery and depositions, one would presume.  If any lawyers who handle these types of cases want to weigh in, be my guest. This PDF copy of the lawsuit was on ESPN.com.

Now we're gettin' somewhere!

You've been itchin' for this lawsuit, haven't you Joe. You were one of the first guys I thought of when I saw the headline ... which proves I spend entirely too much time on this blog.

Steve Phillips, ex GM of the Mets was on ESPN radio this morning. He claims its not normal for any trainer or strenght coach to provide shots to ANY ball player on any team. Regardless of the sport. Shots are only given by the legal medical doctors. There is too much risk and liability involved, if something went wrong.
