Garrett stays in Big D

The news is flashing across the ether at the speed of a cyber bullet.

Jason Garrett is staying in Dallas.

As we said earlier today, say what you will about Jerry Jones, he can close a deal.

The Garrett situation is pretty clear. He'll probably get pretty close to head coaching money to stay in Dallas as the offensive coordinator and be handed the keys to the Ferrari in a few years. Can't be all that comfortable for Wade Phillips unless he gets a promise of a cushy landing in a few years.

Meanwhile, those Sun devil dog reporters out at Owings Mills are on the watch for the next candidate up.

I bet Greg Williams thought he would be given the keys to the Ferrari. But, the longer the decision is put off, the more I think he wont get it. Regardless he is better off in Texas, then coming to Maryland.

I like this guy and what he says
You know what you would think that I am actually working for the Cowboys staff, which I should be but I am not. That would be pretty sweet though! But now that the Cowboys have kept Garrett and still have their head coach Wade Phillips, they pretty much kept there two best coaches and should have a great season, with a super bowl in there sights. I LOVE THE COWBOYS!
Peace..Iron Mike
