About last night, dear

A Florida grand jury identified a 17-year-old as the gunman who shot and killed Washington safety Sean Taylor early last week.

His name is Eric Rivera, and he's been indicted along with three co-defendants who are 18, 19 and 20. The 20-year-old contends he was the driver and didn't know his friends' plans. It appears from news reports that information from the group is coming pretty quickly.

The wheel man's attorney says his client is frightened and distraught. Considering the emotion that the death of the 24-year-old football player has evoked, the defendant's fear is understandable.
