« Mike Flacco promoted to Delmarva | Main | Keys' Waring, Britton earn Carolina League awards »

September 2, 2009

Today's game previews -- September 2

The Triple-A Norfolk Tides welcome the Gwinnett Braves to Harbor Park, and the Double-A Bowie Baysox take on the Binghamton Mets at Prince George's Stadium.

The Single-A Frederick Keys face the Kinston Indians at Harry Grove Stadium, and the Single-A Delmarva Shorebirds meet the Lake County Captains at Arthur W. Perdue Stadium.

The short-season Single-A Aberdeen IronBirds play on the road against the Staten Island Yankees.

The Baysox recently conducted a Q&A with starting pitcher Steve Johnson, and Tom Sedlacek, the team's communications manager, asked me to pass along the link to Orioles fans.

It's definitely a good way to get to know some more information about Johnson. Here is a link to the interview on Bowie's Web site.
