Hey Dean, just wondering if Hobgood was anywhere close to pitching his first game. I'd love to go see it and it's quite a trek, so any advance notice would be much appreciated. Thanks, Christian

Hi Dean-I just wanted to say what a fantastic job you've done with this column. I can honestly say that after looking at the main Orioles story from the night before, this is always the very next piece that I go to. I don't ever remember the Sun doing such a great job on covering the minor leagues and you definitely deserve kudos for that. There is one thing that I think would be really cool but I don't know how it could be implemented. I love being able to know what the guys who've just been drafted are starting to do as they begin their career but because there are so many guys it's really hard to remember all their names other than maybe the 1st through 3rd round picks. It would be really cool if there was a spot somewhere listing all the guys drafted and where in the draft they were picked (maybe in a little table or something right next to your game breakdowns) and then as we're reading your piece, we could kindof reference that guide to follow those players. You do do a great job often mentioning that such and such was this year's Orioles 5th round pick or whatever, but I know it would be overwhelming for you to constantly do that, so I was just thinking that some kind of reference table with that information would be fantastic. Just a thought. Again, great, great job and sorry this is so long! Keep up the fantastic work-Nick

Dean, great blog particularly for those of us not from the area that follow the O's organization. Two comments on your daily postings: (1) If a team has a day off, mention it and who they play next, (2) Post the team record next to the team name. Keep up the great work.
