Special conditions:

Game 6 is scheduled to include the lowest seeded loser from Games 4 and 5, while the highest seeded loser from those game is scheduled to play in Game 7. However, if either the No. 1 or No. 2 seeds, which have byes in the firt round, lose in Games 4 or 5, that team will be placed in Game 6 and the losing team which did not have a bye, but won its opening game, will go to Game 7. If both the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds lose their first games, the No. 2 seed will move to Game 6 and the No. 1 seed will move to Game 7. The home team is Game 10 is the undefeated team.
