Bosse: Calvert Hall's home run king

Calvert Hall outfielder Matt Bosse hit not only a game winning home run against Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A-Conference-rival Archbishop Curley on Monday, but he also broke the school's season record for home runs (11) held by Joe Vellegia (class of 2006).

Bosse had already broken the record for career homers, and currently has 21. The record was formerly held by Scott Krieger (2005), who had 19.

No. 1 Calvert Hall is currently 18-7 and 10-1 in league play.
