The Second Annual I-95 Kickoff Classic will feature Calvert Hall, The Baltimore Sun's 2010 No. 1 football team and the defending MIAA A Conference champion, taking on St. John's from Washington on Sept. 1 at 7:30 p.m. at Bowie State.

That game will kick off a three-day event that moves to Morgan State for Sept. 2 and 3 and will feature eight private schools, seven public schools and one charter school from the Baltimore and Washington areas.

The Kickoff Classic, which last year featured only private school teams, was rated third among football classics across the country last fall.

Information about the other matchups will be released next week.
