Palumbo named Spalding baseball coach

Jeff Palumbo has been named the new varsity baseball coach at Archbishop Spalding, replacing former coach Steve Miller.

"Jeff is a true baseball guy with an educator's approach to the game," Spalding athletic director Lee Dove said. "We are very fortunate to have him join our staff and work with our players. I look forward to our relationships as the Cavaliers program continues to develop, achieve and succeed in the very competitive Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference."

Jeff is a great guy and knows the game. He's got a gift for working with students and getting them on the right track. I wish him all the luck,
