Harwood's Southern High needs your help

This spring, Sears is sponsoring a "More Green Across America" campaign that is offering a $30,000 makeover for parks/fields to a community in need of upgrades. Southern High of Harwood sent in an essay and is one of the finalists, currently second in the voting process, which ends May 5. Fun Forest, Va., is in first place with 40,506 votes with Southern in second with 11,937. Voting can be done every day, so there is still time for Southern to make up ground.
