Milford Mill's McCray a go for states

Milford Mill standout junior forward Isaiah McCray, who left the Millers' Class 3A North championship win with a back injury on Saturday, is expected to play when the team takes on Stephen Decatur in Thursday's 5 p.m. state semifinal at the Comcast Center.

McCray, the team's leading scorer, suffered back spasms when he collided with Parkville's James Milton in the third quarter of the Millers' 73-64 win.

The Millers (23-3) will be making their first trip to the state tournament in 13 years in a bid to capture the program's fourth state title.
