Something that not many people know about you: "I'm a real quiet guy. I'm kind of shy at times, but I'll be around people once or twice, and then I'll get to know them."
Best football moment: "My best football moment is when my older brother threw me my first touchdown catch. He was the quarterback and it was my first touchdown catch as a freshman."
Role model: "My family -- my mom and my brother. I watch how hard they work all the time. Whatever they do, they put 100 percent forward. I always talk to my brother because he was really smart. He always got his work done. He worked hard in school. He was a good athlete, but he always put school first. That's something I could take going into college and helping me become a better student."
Why Maryland? "It was the first school to offer me. I look at that as they were the first school that saw my potential and really wanted to give me a chance. I was really going to consider that. And then when I went up to visit, all the coaches were really nice. They made it feel like home. When I met the players, I just felt really comfortable there. It just felt like a good fit for me."

Natural Football Instincts is what I see in this kid... No blazing speed... No great height.. but, you can just feel it when you see his highlights..He will be special with the right QB.

I went to high school with Marcus and I'm almost positive that you misinterpreted his max bench information, because it's 315 lbs. He even also said that he benches 315, when asked on a youtube video in the Under Armor combine he attended. I seen what he did in practice and what he did in games and he's a "Beast". Great recruit by Maryland. They'll definately be using him.
