Something that not many people know about you: “I guess that I'm a great person. You hear things about people but never understand their personalities until you get up close. But I feel like I'm a kind, nice person."
Best football moment: “When I was in the ninth grade, I didn't have to take on four or five people at a time. I ran for a 40- or 50-yard touchdown in one game. I had a high motivation for myself. But then I just knew [I had potential]."
Role model: “I'm going to have to go with my mother. I feel like she's a great role model because I have a lot of brothers and sisters -- three sisters and six brothers. Even with my dad being here, she takes care of everybody. A lot of us are older now, but she still checks in with everybody. If anybody needs something, she has them. She's just the best person you could ever know. She's a lot of fun. She's made me who I am. A lot of times, my father had to work and my mother was there to support me."
Why Maryland? “I just love the whole atmosphere at Maryland. It's a nice home. I feel like just being there, it's a motivating place, and I get along with all the football guys. I would go in there knowing what I have to do. I kind of understand their process because I've seen [Maryland's] process the last few years."
