Something that not many people know about you: “Most people don't know that I like watching movies with my younger siblings. They're four and five. It's kids movies. I'll watch whatever they want to watch."
Best football moment: “It was probably when I was on kickoff team against Clarksburg. We were down seven points. One of my teammates looked at me and said, 'I'm going to get this onside kick.' I looked at him like he was crazy. But then he was the one coming out of the pile with the ball. We ended up winning the game."
Role model: “I probably look up to [Maryland defensive tackle] Zach [Kerr] and [Terps cornerback] Travis [Hawkins]. They kind of made me believe I can do it. They came from the same place I came from and are having success. So I just look up to what they're doing and will try to do the same thing."
Why Maryland? “It's close to home. One of the biggest things was, can my family enjoy my experience? At Maryland, they can enjoy the experience. Also, they have a great football team. When I went on my official visit and hung out with the guys, right away I fell in love with the school. I connected with everyone. After thinking about it for a day, I knew where I wanted to go. I didn't take any [more] visits. I was just happy where I was at."

always nice beating out delaware and james madison for a player.

fkterp; who all recruited Matt Robinson last year, Bennett Fulper the year before & Joe Vellano the year before that... The scout & rival star ratings are not as accurate for football as basketball. There have been many a "4" star kids that peaked in high school.
