Mackall shines at Offense-Defense Bowl
Edmondson defensive end-linebacker David Mackall is no longer under the radar.

At the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl in Myrtle Beach, S.C., last Friday, the Maryland-bound Mackall recorded four tackles, including two sacks, and blocked a punt for the East in a 29-3 win.
Scout.com’s Allen Trieu named Mackall to his Fabulous Fifteen, noting that the future Terp impressed all week long.
For the most part, the guys who had the best weeks, had the best games. [Demond] Dennis and [Kwame] Geathers won MVP, but the East had great performances from a number of players. Mike Gilliard had a strong game on defense along with Quandon Christian, a player I've been very impressed with this week and David Mackall.
