City's Fair picks Syracuse

City College forward C.J. Fair committed to Syracuse yesterday, according to Baltimore Stars official Troy Franklin.

Fair, a 6’7 junior, is rated the No. 45 player in the 2010 class by Rivals.com.

“It’s an exciting time,” Franklin said. “C.J. is another very talented piece of the Baltimore Stars that’s on his way to high-major basketball. We’re excited about the opportunity for him to play in the Big East for coach [Jim] Boeheim. We feel good for the family -- his mom and his dad.”

Check back with Recruiting Report later this week for more on Fair’s commitment to the Orange.
