ACC Wednesday II

Yes, Riley Skinner is more than likely out for Wake's game against Nebraska this week. Coach Jim Grobe said on the teleconference he didn't think Skinner would even take a snap at practice this week. Sophomore Brett Hodges will take over for him.

The other news out of Wake today is that the university struck a 10-year deal with BB&T Corp. to rename the stadium "BB&T Field at Wake Forest University," beginning in 2008.

It has a nice ring to it, eh? Sort of like Chevy Chase Bank Field at Byrd Stadium, or M&T Bank Field.

If only we left these venues a little richer.

Well, if you can pick the right team, then you have a chance of leaving the stadium a little richer. Or if you can accurately predict whether or not Maryalnd and West Virginia will put up more than, say 58 points next Thursday. I say YES!!!
