Comments
Michael, I have personally long favored construction of the InterCounty Connector on its master-planned route, which is where the highway is (after the many years of debate) now taking shape.
But putting that aside, I assert that your coverage of the ICC has been thorough, honest, fair and fair-minded.
For that I commend you. Please keep up the good work.

Has anyone noticed how existing segments of Rt. 100 (along with Rt. 29) form about 1/4 - 1/3 of what could be called the "Outer Beltway) around Baltimore, and now Rt. 200 could be seen as an early segment of a Washington "Outer Beltway)? The term "Outer Beltway) has always roused enmity, so these roads have never been called that officially. Look at a map and trace those roads; you'll see what I mean.
