Is there a Phase 4?

One of my family members works for a tractor trailer company in Cecil County. They still expected him to come in to work today!! Can you believe it?! One of their employees got stranded yesterday, and is still stranded staying in a hotel and they still wanted people to come to work today. Why can’t the governor get on television and encourage businesses like this to reconsider people on the roads today? The bottom line is these companies care more about the money they make than the lives in danger because they have 18 wheelers on the road.

just curious (not planning on going anywhere soon!) if you know what the fine is for being on the roads during a Phase 3 situation?
