Bridge out as storm nears Ocean City

There's a big nor'easter bearing down on Ocean City at a time when one of the two bridges into the city -- the one on Maryland 90 -- is closed for repairs. I wonder how that might complicate matters.

Well, I think another important question that the City and the UofB should answer: Mt Royal to Charles is a major artery to get on I-83 north in the afternoon. Perhaps the University should consider some elevated bridges so that this artery isn't so constrained.
