Bike rights task force up for hearing

The Baltimore City Council will hold a hearing on a bill to create an "Equal Rights for Bikes" task force Friday at 12:30 p.m. A respectable turnout of two-wheel advocates is anticipated.

I just hope that the "two wheel advocates" who otherwise require spandex to be worn by those who deign to interact with them, won't let that lack of spandex to get in the way of good common sense rule changes for all bicycle riders.
